Courses:
The Hotel Management Programme usually commences after the +2/equivalent level, with English as a subject. Generally Degree and Diploma courses are offered.The 4 year degree programmes are open to those who have completed +2/equivalent course. Diploma courses after +2 are of 3years duration.
Eligibility:
For degree and Diploma programmes +2/equivalent is the eligibility criteria. Graduates can enroll for one year diploma programmes. The time duration of the courses offered by several institutes may vary six months to three years.
Training:
Training involves theory and practical sessions. Subjects include hotel accountancy, front office management, food and beverages, sales and marketing, economics, foreign language study, personnel and organizational behavior. |
